About Nokstella, Eternal City
Nokstella is reached by the waygate in Renna's Rise after giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade, which drops you into Ainsel River Main. The city holds Miniature Ranni's dialogue, Nokstella's Silver Tears, the Nokstella Waterfall Basin grace and the lift down to the Lake of Rot. It is also where the Black Knife Tiche evergaol key, the Ringleader's Evergaol, is used back in Liurnia.
