The starting region. Rolling grassland, Stormveil Castle to the north and the first Sites of Grace.
Weeping Peninsula
The rainy southern peninsula below Limgrave. Castle Morne, Irina's letter and lots of early upgrades.

Caelid
The scarlet rot wasteland east of Limgrave. Redmane Castle, Sellia and the Radahn Festival.

Northern Caelid, home to Greyoll, Fort Faroth and the Divine Tower of Caelid.
Altus Plateau
The golden highlands before the capital. Reached by the Grand Lift of Dectus or the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.
Mt. Gelmir
The volcanic west. Volcano Manor, Rykard and Hermit Village.
Leyndell, Royal Capital
The Royal Capital legacy dungeon and the Erdtree itself.
Mountaintops of the Giants
Frozen peaks past the Forbidden Lands. Castle Sol, the Fire Giant and the Forge.
Consecrated Snowfield
Hidden blizzard region that leads to Ordina and Miquella's Haligtree.

Elphael and the Haligtree, home of Malenia, Blade of Miquella.
Crumbling Farum Azula
A storm-wracked city outside of time. Maliketh, the Black Blade.

The river beneath Liurnia. Dragonkin Soldier, Nokstella and Ranni's path.

A lake of scarlet rot leading to the Grand Cloister and Astel.

The second eternal city, reached through Renna's Rise during Ranni's quest.
Deeproot Depths
The roots beneath the Erdtree. Fia's questline and Lichdragon Fortissax.
Subterranean Shunning-Grounds
The sewers beneath Leyndell. Mohg the Omen, Dung Eater and the Frenzied Flame Proscription.
Mohgwyn Palace
Mohg's blood dynasty, and the doorway to the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

The forested foot of the ancient ruins, beneath Ensis and the Shadow Keep.

Jagged Peak

Abyssal Woods
A dark stealth forest reached through Darklight Catacombs, ending at Midra's Manse.

The high plateau above Shadow Keep with the Hinterland and Commander Gaius.
Enir-Ilim
The tower to the Gate of Divinity. Promised Consort Radahn.
